RE:Flagged Images Reply

    Hi Melissa,

To prevent flagged images you can fill out the 'Appeal' form that is on your images but the easiest way to prevent anything like this happening is to NOT add tags to your designs in your file manager.

Just be sure that the image name does not have any words that may cause an image to be flagged. You can use numbers img123.png or text ford5.png

    Hope this helps.

I had a photo named like 33.jpg and it was flagged. It
was 150 DPI . Do you think it could be the matter?

So I can be sure that item ordered by Bulk Order is not going to be delayed?

    Thx

    Hi Max,

As posted earlier, you can click the appeal ling that is on each flagged image and brifly explain why that image should not be flagged (example: you created it yourself, it is not a tradmarked designs, etc...). Chances are, the flag will disappear and not be flagged again.

If your images are ONLY going to be used from your reseller account, do NOT add Tags or any description. Just use a sensible item number for each image so you know what it is. Perhaps this will prevent any future problems with images being flagged.

    Hope this helps.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Flagged Images Reply

I just logged on to place an order and have probably close to 100 (too many to count) flagged images! Most of them created last October, being sold since then and never flagged. They are only in my reseller account. It's very arbitrary, some designs differ only in the background color and one is flagged and the other is not. I realize that we can still place a bulk order, but it is unnerving to have all those flagged images when they are legitimate. Not only that, who has the time to click on EACH one to appeal it, especially when the design is repeated in various products. There isn't a way to appeal 'in bulk' that I could tell. I have emailed my appeal for all of them and hope the situation is resolved soon.

I have AN flag my uploads every once in awhile. I think they flag them if they feel it copies someone elses work. So since you have the same thing yet with a different background color they MIGHT be thinking... well that belongs to this person and not you and flags it. Simply APPEAL the image, note that it is YOUR design, photo, art, etc. just in a different background color. I crop my images to fit specific products and will have one to five of the images flagged though there is 8 of the same art in the same file manager folder.
